Bill Bazilchuk has been a Connecticut CPA since 1974. Working closely with his clients, he became tired of the impersonal service and reams of useless reports they were receiving from other payroll companies. In 1989 he founded Pay-Pak, the Payroll Folks.
As the business grew, he spent less and less time as a CPA and now spends most of his time working for Pay-Pak as the Payroll Expert.
